Topic: Applying SITH with my experiences of Anxiety.

Anxiety known or unknown... How can we clean with the way we are affected by the experience of being anxious about something or someone. 

We may never know the memory which causes the experience of anxiety how can we work with our Self in these situations?

Regarding cleaning the Unknowns that run us...our decisions, our abilities, talents, how can we clean to move forward regardless of our experience or memories trying to be in charge.

Carmen Torres

She first attended a Self I-Dentity Through Ho’oponopono® (SITH®) class in September 2016 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Since then, she has participated in numerous SITH® classes and has served as a staff member and Spanish interpreter. In September 2024, she coordinated and conducted the first SITH® online class for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. A licensed attorney focused on immigration law, she integrates the SITH® process into her daily legal practice. For her, every client and every legal issue is a sacred opportunity to return to zero. The process helps her navigate the challenges of law with clarity, humility, and peace. As a mother of three children, she recognizes that her primary role is to clean. She applies the tools daily to support her children and family with love and balance. Interpreting for Spanish-speaking participants has deepened her appreciation for the global reach and healing power of SITH®. Through it all, she remains grateful for the guidance and transformation

the process continues to bring into her life.

TANIA SOSA ALEJO

holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. She attended her first Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® class in 2019 in Mexico City with Mary Koehler – My Wild Irish Rose. In March 2020, Tania was invited to be the translator for a class in Puebla, Mexico, marking the beginning of her time as a translator for IZI LLC and providing her with the opportunity to participate in classes led by various IZI LLC instructors. In 2023, she became an IZI LLC Coordinator for Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and in 2025, she became an IZI LLC instructor.

By practicing the process, she has discovered the blessing of seeking guidance from Divinity and looking only within when facing a problem. This has made it easier for her to navigate through life, confident that we all benefit from the cleaning.

She is eternally grateful to Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona and IZI LLC for sharing the wonderful gift of Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® with the world.

DENISIA-SIMONA JELDUJER

Since 2011, the practice of Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® has been a foundational part of Denisia’s inner journey. She was guided to it during a deeply emotional period following a painful breakup, and discovered not just a method, but a quiet, steady companion—gently supporting her daily life, sometimes in full awareness, sometimes quietly in the background. She embraces the human moments of forgetting and returns to the practice with kindness, softness, and trust.

With an academic background in Biology and Human Genetics, Denisia has built a meaningful career in the food industry and is also a certified HLT® (Holistic Light Treatment®) therapist. In both paths, as in all aspects of her life, Ho’oponopono remains a steady inner presence, offering subtle guidance that supports clarity and alignment with one’s true self.

Since 2016, she has been part of the staff supporting Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® seminars in Romania, deepening her connection with the practice.
